Our Physiotherapists are all registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Our clinic director is also registered with PhysioFirst.

With more moving parts than any machine, it’s not surprising your body occasionally experiences pain or dysfunction. Fortunately, there is an effective, clinical proven way to treat many of the problems you may experience – Physiotherapy.

Physiotherapy is a highly regulated, science-based health profession concerned with human movement, function and maximising potential. It uses physical approaches to optimise the body’s own healing processes. The treatment follows a detailed examination leading to a clinical diagnosis

Physiotherapy involves non-invasive treatments such as massage, joint mobilisation and manipulation, exercise and muscle balancing, acupuncture and electrotherapy.

Physiotherapy is used to treat a wide range of conditions including:

  • Sports Injuries
  • Painful & Stiff Joints
  • Repetitive Strain Injury
  • Back & Neck Disorders
  • Muscle Pain & Weakness
  • Sciatica & Nerve pain
  • Arthritis
  • Post-operative Rehabilitation
  • Tension Headaches & Dizziness

Group and One to One Classes

We have a range of small group physio-led exercise classes running throughout the year, mostly based at the Old Cottage Hospital in Epsom. All classes will involve some pre-assessment to ensure that the class is the right one for you. Classes are subject to demand and can be adapted to a one to one session. We are also open to requests to run classes for a specific club or venue.
