Couch to 5km Supervised Running Sessions

Unfit? Overweight? Suffering with low mood? Never even run for a bus before? Or just bored of the gym?

Laura regularly runs a Couch to 5km group. Building up gradually over a 6-week period, we follow the NHS guidelines for getting bums off sofas and getting you running/jogging 5kms. Suitable for complete beginners or those returning to running after a long break.
